FAQ
How long does fabrication and installation take?
Once templating has been completed and all materials have been delivered, fabrication and installation are typically completed within 5–7 business days. Project timelines may vary depending on material availability, project complexity, and scheduling requirements.
Will seams be visible?
Yes. Seams are a standard part of countertop installations and will always be visible to some degree, both visually and to the touch. At ATP Granite, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and make every effort to create seams that are as clean, precise, and inconspicuous as possible. Our attention to detail has earned consistently positive feedback from our customers.
Do I need to disconnect plumbing before installation?
Yes. ATP Granite is not a licensed plumbing contractor. Customers are responsible for hiring a licensed plumber to disconnect and reconnect all plumbing fixtures, including sinks, faucets, and appliances, as needed for the installation.
Do you remove existing countertops?
Yes. ATP Granite offers countertop removal services for stone, solid surface (Corian), laminate, and Formica countertops. Removal services are available for an additional charge and can be included as part of your project estimate.
What warranty do you offer?
ATP Granite provides a one-year workmanship warranty covering the installation of your countertops. Many material manufacturers also offer product warranties on their surfaces. When applicable, our installation team will provide the manufacturer's warranty information along with care and maintenance guidelines at the completion of your project.
